rx 570 MSI vs PowerColor rx 570 Is one preferable?

Is one card better value over the other?

MSI RX 570 ARMOR 8G OC

1268 Mhz core clock
7000 Mhz memory

vs

PowerColorSeries RED DRAGONModelAXRX 570 8GBD5-3DHD/OC

1250 Mhz core clock
1750 Mhz (7.0 GBPS ) memory

Basically same clock speeds from what I can see on bench tests, yet the powercolor has a backplate.

Anything else I need to know to make an informed decision?

I've heard PowerColor support is awful if that's any consolation in picking the MSI; you could probably OC the armor card to 1750 memory with that AIB cooler.
