Rx 480 fans running slow at 100%

My question is simple, I am not sure if it's really a problem or I am just being delusional.

I bought a used Rx 480 4GB Graphics card and it performs well but when I checked side by side while gaming on Gpuz then it showed even on 100% the fans are running barely at 2500rpm. Is that normal or are the fans dying?

This is the card which I own.

That's pretty normal. On my two MSI RX 570 8GB cards, the fans don't spin at "idle usage", and they ramp up to maybe 3500-3700RPM max, when it's really struggling to keep cool while mining, but most of the time, yeah, they're hovering around 2500RPM.

When you say "100%", do you mean, 100% load on the card, or 100% fan-speed? If so, then if it is showing 100% fan-speed, then yeah, 2500RPM is kind of low, I think. If it's just 100% GPU load, that's fairly normal then.

I meant 100% fan speed anyway I think I fixed the problem, there was definitely something wrong with the fans, so I cleaned it completely inside out and used few drops of oil and now it's over 3600 rpm at 100% fan speed. I guess that's the highest it can go.

That sounds way better to me.
