Reactorcritical states R350 is confirmed by ATI to be fab'd in 130nm technology, and that ATI had no issues moving to 130nm.

EDIT - Title updated. Reactor Critical = wrong. R350 will remain at 150nm. RV350 will be 130.

Thx for clarification Snowman.

argh! some people have no english comprehension skills at all; even worse they didn't even link the source they took so wrong. it is all blatantly confusing and misleading; people like that should just stay out of the new business.

webcast itself.

at about 22:00-23:15. dave rolston specifically says rv350 and the .13nm and r350 will be the same as the 9700, as in 15nm. im not sure if nvidia kicked off some trend of missinformation that everyone thinks is cool but i don't think it is at all and i think that these supposed news/hardware sites need to be a lot more careful about what they report. :(

The R350's gonna rock! A 400MHz core with 400MHz DDR-SDRAM and 2 texture units per pixel pipeline and will be called the RADEON 9800 Pro. It'll have a fill-rate of 3.2 gigapixels and 6.4 gigatexels. This is the card I've been waiting for all along!:)
