Russian "supercar" :)

Holy Moly! Am i reading that right? 300hp @ 10,000rpm?!?! For a car that weighs just a notch up of 1,000lbs. that's no surprise!

Funny how it says, with just one driver weight distribution is 45/55, with passenger it's 50/50 😀

Looks like it's getting that 300HP from just under 2 liters of displacement, too!
Where are you finding the weight?

Simpson's Quote time 😀

"She gets 8 Hecters to the Liter......put her in H, put her in H!!!"

Roughly, saying they tried hard to keep the weight down and managed to get it to 720 kilograms. I'm not sure about the actual conversion but i'm figuring in lbs. that would be twice the # in kilograms.

Enh, looks pretty neat to me though. I'm not much for yellow but painted another color it would look pretty dammned good.

"The metric system is the tool of the devil! My car gets forty rods to the hogshead and that's the way I likes it."

The car is sorta mixed, I would not want one but those stats aren't bad.

Thats what I was thinking!

but I would still like one.

This car was made from the looks of the pretty old russian car ... but that car was like a "symbol" of like ppl who didn't have enough money ... and there were a lot of anecdots about this car ...

keep in mind, this car was made by special request of some businessman ... so yellow color is his preference ...

and he didn't order this car to ride around town ... he ordered it to race (as I understood) ...

I thought that kgx2.21=lb - which would still make that little sucker only about 1600 lbs.
Surely good to go with a 300HP engine!

I was going to say it looks like Herbie.
