Hahaha, funny. I'm not sure if you can call all of those rice, some of them are clearly just practical jokes for lack of money to maintain the car. For example the one with piece of wood for bumper actually has "bumper" written on it, the car with tire on the trunk says "don't be afraid, it won't fall off".

A few of the Paint jobs(like the one posted) are interesting, but most of the Mods must have been contemplated after consuming large amounts of Vodka.
