Russel Wilson isn't "black enough" according to his teammates...

I understand the cut out. I was talking philosophy and y'all were talkin' FOOTBALL!

You may now return to your regularly scheduled chest bump. 😀

he should say, "go ahead and ask your woman how black i feel when i'm inside of her," then drop the mic and walk out.

I can see where his teammates are coming from. Wilson probably doesn't even have a single Escalade. You can't win a Superbowl and drive a Toyota Camry. I mean, he seems like a really nice guy, but he is doing his culture a disservice. People want to live vicariously through professional athletes, not watch them hug cancer kids.

I think he means per capita. While there are likely more racist white people, that is only because there are more white people.

I doubt that's what he meant, but that point may still be valid. Without some stats I'm skeptical though, considering I'm from the Midwest.

~220 million whites, ~38 million blacks (2012 Census). Safe to say there are still plenty more racist whites in the US. The numbers grow even more in favor of whites when looking at the older age groups who are more likely to be racist.

Anyway, back on topic. His teammates are idiots.

LOL - I was going to ask what does being black even mean so that we can clearly see what not being "black enough" means.

Not sagging? Check

No gold teeth? Check

Less than 10 baby-momma's? Check

Less than 100k in Jewelry around his neck? Check

Doesn't vote Democrat? Check

Doesn't use the words "aint" and "shawty"? Check.

Doesn't refer to other blacks as "mah n***a? Check

No, he's not "black" enough.

umm ... they were the superbowl champions last year. you literally cannot get any better than that in the football world. that is what every kid playing football dreams of doing one day.

i have no clue wtf you are trying to get at. you make absolutely no sense.

I think what he's trying to say is success != lots of money, and having lots of money != ability to speak properly or have intelligent.

Depends on if you count just outright racism or also covert racism.

Because if we are counting outright racism I would be some minority group does win, and I bet it isn't African Americans. Many Asians are fairly racist, and many Hispanics are very racist.

But if we are counting covert racism, heck white people win forever if just because of the contents of the wikipedia page on White Flight.

asians are very racist, just not the lynch you just because kind of racists.

This I have found to be true. It isn't a "don't hire Koreans" or "kill all Japanese", just more along the lines of "don't befriend Filipinos" or a looking down upon in private.
