welp I went up to Kent yesterday, picked up my motherboard 🙂 it works GREAT! I am SO inlove with it, although win2K bombed out on me with the upgrade I had to format and lost everything 🙁 but I will recover 🙂.

I have to tell you buying from compucheap is a real pain in the arse tho 😉 you have to go through so many departments, yes the store may look like a closet when you walk in, but there is MUCH MUCH more behind the scenes, I mean to get what you want, you have to go throught CSR, then to shipping, then to sales, then to administration, then back to shipping, then back to sales, then to testing, then to building (thats right russ makes all of his stuff by hand) then to Crack Rack! then back to sales and billing! but it was one of the best times I have had at a computer place.

I give CompUcheap and Russ My seal of approval 🙂

now off to download Mr. Dnet Client 🙂

it was great meeting you in person Russ you were nothing that I expected and then some, also I love your inhouse Kitchen 😀.

oh ya and my step dad says he LOVES your entrapanorial attidude 🙂 and your risk of moving from one buisness to another 🙂, he also says your quite a thoughtfull buisness man 🙂. if you ever need any computer part, I say CompUcheap is the way to go! 🙂

oh ya and the coffee report for mechbgon 😉
best dasm coffee that side of kent 😀.

Russ,

Might i make a suggestion? It sounds like you haven't divided up your store into enough depatments yet. You need to have a logical work flow in your store, and if that means dividing current departments into smaller ones, then do it. Paper trails make the world go around, and the more trail you got, the longer it takes for the earth to make a revoloution (and hence, we age slower, right???) 😉

Soccer -
It would have indeed been my preference that it had not occurred while she was working... 😉

LOL@Soccerman! :Q😉

Sorry to hear about your wife's back problem Danc, those are no fun. I've got a back that acts up once in awhile, and while I'm on the blood thinners, I can't take my ADVIL which always works wonders, so it's a real pain. 🙁 So I hope she has a speedy recovery. 🙂

[edit]had to edit some old geezer confusion. DOH![/edit]

Narzy,

It was great meeting you guys, just wish we'd have had more time to visit. On the positive side, the couple that interrupted the fun ordered a nice fat custom build.🙂

Russ, NCNE
