Rush on tour?

Actually Geddy Lee might do a couple of club dates around the US. They should be back out on tour in about a year. Hopefully they get in the studio and start recording their 21st album.

As trying to pick the best album and song, I don't think I could. Too many to chose from. 🙂

There's at least one on each album. OK. Top 10:

Marathon
Mission
Witch Hunt
Countdown
Jacob's Ladder
Spirit of Radio
The Trees
Presto
Heresy
and my number 1
La Villa Strangiato

I can't pick a favorite... it all depends on my mood... sometimes I can really get into The Necromancer then other times I really get into Hand over Fist. That's why I love Rush they cover so much ground!

I saw them in concert for:

Exit Stage Left Spring Training Tour
Moving Pictures
Signals
Presto

And guess what?

I had all of those albums on.....

8 track

😛

Attention all planets of the solar federation, We have assumed control....

There just isn't a "best" Rush anything actually. It's all Premium stuff.

I saw the "Farewell to Kings" tour in 78.. was my first of MANY MANY rush concerts.

[edit]spell check, as usual[edit]

As a product of the 70's and 80's of course I liked Rush. Always thought how good they would have sounded with someone who could really sing. Geddy Lee's voice is not very good.

DEEKO is much better. 😉

Saw my first show when I was 15. Hold Your Fire tour. Went to the next three (through Counterparts). Had tickets to Test For Echo (1996, 24 yrs old) and an old guy I worked with had been a fan since the beginning and never had a chance to see them. I sold my tickets!!! Then I heard it was their last tour.
