I've just about had it with the right-wing whining about liberal "hate." The hate that the right lathered on Bill Clinton was easily 10 times more voluminous and venomous than anything we've seen in the last 5 years.

Last time I saw Rush on TV he had lost a lot of weight. He has now gained it back. You would think a guy with a weight problem and who isn't very attractive would be more sensitive to other people's looks or lack of them. But he refered to one congressman as a ugly dog.

Hey, I stopped listening to Rush (did so for a few months a year back) when there was a commercial on his show that said and I paraphrase:


"Buy the Limbaugh Letter, if you want to embarass your liberal friends or if you want to know what to think about an issue."

He's entertaining, probably fairly accurate in many predictions, but I don't appreciate that sort of thing, and it was Rush speaking the lines I believe so it had his approval.

I was too young for that to be honest, and it's equally disgusting if it approached the absolute pinnacle of vitriol I see expressed towards those on the 'right' by those on the 'left.' I like Clinton.

He only predicts the most obvious things and he seems incapable of accepting reality like when the war is going badly, he just keeps sticking to the talking points.

Could well be. People who are scolds on either side tend to fall amazingly short of the moral life they promote. Lefties cry out for morality just as righties do, they just describe it differently. And I suspect a similar number (if not moore) of them don't quite live the life they recommend for others.
