Can a plane take off backward?

Yes, a plane with a symmetric wing could. It would be tough to keep it straight though. (due to the fuselage and tail shape)

Well its actaully the low air presure on top of the wing the generates lift

Bernoulli's principle actually isn't what cause's lift.
