Running Windows XP in different language

We are having problems with our customers running Windows XP in German with our software. Does anyone know of an easy way that I could add German to my XP machine so that I can reproduce the problem?

Start -> control panel -> Date, time, language, and regional options (in category view) -> add other languages -> Details -> Press the Add button and select the specific language you need added

In classic view of the control panel select regional and language options and go to the language tab.
