Running speaker wire in wall

Long story short, just bought a new townhome in Seattle (yay!). Place was built in 2000. Everything is great, except in one room I'd like to install speaker wire on the other side of the room. Probably about 20' or so from where the media will be installed, but I don't have attic/etc. access (the installation is on the 2nd floor, and there are 3 floors). Any recommendations on this, or ideas how much it would cost?

If anyone is in the Seattle area who is very good at this, I would be hiring for the project, if there's any interest. I really don't know what the going rate for this sort of job is. Total will be 2 rear channels and 1 subwoofer needing to have speaker jacks placed (and for the speakers, brackets/speaker holders would be great too).

Don't know anyone in the area, but you should get CL rated wiring.

There is some in wall rate speaker wire and terminals. Should be a decent price although stuff you find at home depot is ok. I obviously can't do they job for you but this should at least get you started.
