Running SATA & IDE drives in same machine

I just bought a new PC that will be running SATA drives. However, I have an old IDE drive with all of my music that I would like to install...anything special need to be done to get this working? Thanks!

Should work just fine. Make sure the boot order is correct so you still boot from SATA.

it will work fine, i'm doing it that way right now.
my ide drive is my boot drive though.

I have my server loaded with both IDE and and SATA Raid with no probs whatsoever.

I had a bit of trouble with my motherboards settings, but after a bit of tweaking it runs just fine.
