Running into problems with memory divider...

I tried to run a 6/5 divider, 400 FSB on the CPU and 333 on 1gb Kingston ValueRam in dual channel configuration and no boot. But when I drop the divider and let the CPU and RAM run async at 370FSB it boots into windows no problem...

At 6/5 it will go through the loading screen, go to a black screen as if it is going to boot to the user screen in xp then restart...

I'm just a bit confused because it seems like if anything it should be the other way around?
