Running Geforce2 MX w/o fan?

Would it be safe to run a Geforce2 MX (Inno3D) w/o a fan? I don't plan on overclocking at all.

Yup it will be fine. That one doesn't come with a fan but a heatsink right? On Anand's O/C'in the MX article, he pushed the core quite high without a fan too.
