Running FireFox for the first time

I want to upgrade to .9, but i'm afraid my extensions will break, and i'll loose my bookmarks. Where are the bookmarks anyway?

With WinXP I think they're stored in C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\.
Also you can export your bookmarks from the manager.

What's so good about Safari?

Spell checking. If I was using Safari right now, thisf would be uderlined in red because it's spelled wrong. I could right clcik on it and select "this" from the menu, and it would no longer be spelled wrong. Best browser feature ever.

Bookmarks are stored in a single html file. 'Importing' them is as easy as copying and pasting into your new profile 😛

Incidentally, that bookmarks.html makes a great homepage.
