I currently have a GeForce 2 MX w/TV out and I wish to also use another video card for another monitor(both 15"). Will this work, and any suggestions on cheap or old compatible PCI cards for dual video card support?
Currently the only other card I have is a S3 Virge DX....

Yes it will work... you can have 2 video cards in your system for dual-monitor setup...

You can always get one of those ATI Xpert cards for real cheap... as long as you dont do gaming on it, it works fine...

I wouldn't want any PCI slots or monitors going to waste : )
Thanks, I'll keep an eye out for one of those cards.

I'm using a generic S3 ViRGE DX PCI card as my secondary display, all games only use one card and it will be the one set up as your main display, so you don't need a fancy card just to do 2D graphics if you are just doing windows. Of course you are using Win98 or better?!?

edit....I use to have a S3 ViRGE 325 (pre DX) PCI set up as a third display but it took up too much room on my desk, 1-20", 2-14" and 1-27" TV, and I really never used them all. I wish they would come out with some game that would take advantage of multi monitors, so I could see both forwards and backwards :D
