Running CPU Fan at max fulltime and disabling CNQ

Open to every1 with all opinions taken...
I just recently upgraded to an A64 3400 with MSI K8N Neo Plat board (Stock HSF).

My ? is are there any drawbacks/future problems/etc to me disabling CNQ (run full VCORE fulltime) and turning off Auto Fan Speed and cranking it to max ~3300RPM?

Just curious. I also leave my machine on 24x7.

I've been doing it for a long time with no problems. That's why you are given the option to disable it. The one and only drawback is increased noise.
