Running a Prometia for gaming?

The gain you'd get for overclocking a video card would not make it worth getting an expensive super cooling system, only if you wanted to get the most out of your CPU/MOBO.:beer:

unless you're someone like JC or mickeymouse... there's no need for that sort of cooling especially for a video card...

do you plan on breaking some 3dmark2k1 records?

most normal people... especially even for gaming would need that much cooling...

but hey.. if you got the dough... then i guess that's up to you...

No, prometia's are only designed to run for 30 minutes a day, any more than that and they'll explode like a firework, with green and blue sparks if I remember correctly. Good job they're so cheap! :beer:
