Running a 8800 gs

I originally had this on my hdtv. I put it on my monitor at 1440x900, and now that I put it back on the hdtv it won't display anything. I tried the res at 800x600 and 1024x768 yet there is nothing showing up! What do you guys think I should do? I'm getting irritated...

That 300 watt better be brand new and have good 12 volt rails other wise not a good idea.

Why not? Would it hinder performance? I have a 500w I am gonna install in about 30 minutes 🙂

I don't think so. I have a 7800GS and I first tried it on a 300 watt Antec and it wouldn't boot at all. Tried it on a 350 watt unit and it works fine (BFG recommends 400 watt I think)

Try running at your TV's native resolution. Also, make sure your drivers are up to date.

I got it to display thru hdmi, bought I can't find a resolution that works....also used the vga input as second display, and configured it to show on both, both nothing appears when I got to VGA on my tv...
