rundll32.exe

is this good or bad? is it ok to terminate the process? there is two of em rnning taking up 10mb each so is it ok to end there process?
 
Note: The rundll32.exe file is located in the c:\windows\System32 folder. In other cases, rundll32.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm! Check this with Security Task Manager.
