Wow, such a useful post. And also wrong. Apple's EULA does at allow installing osx on non-Apple hardware. So advising the OP to build a Hackintosh is essentially advising him to pirate software, which is not allowed on these forums. So again, the only (legal) way of having both Windows and OSX on one computer is to buy a Mac and install Windows on it.
