I think pretty much the entire point of the movie was 'Techno music comes on when cool stuff happens in Germany.'

LOL yeah pretty much. When it 1st came out I heard so much about it so I rented it. It was ok, something different, but nothing near the best movie ever.

I watched it a couple of years ago and found it to be "ok." It has a pretty weak story/plot, not to mention the dialog is pretty mediocre.

Personally I think that if this film is to be on the IMDB top 250, it should be #250. It's really lame to have a sort of "elite" group of movie critics thinking that something is awesome just because it's a little different than other things. Granted that this movie is not bad, it just really isn't that good and it shouldn't be given credit for being "different."

Btw, I put Citizen Kane up there as the #1 of all time if anyone was wondering. Back then, "different" meant something and, without it being "different," the film is a very good mixture of biography with enactment.

I rented it, made sure to get the one that said, "Subtitled." Unfortunately, it was dubbed, and it was Gawd-awful. :(

The movie itself wasn't bad, but the dubbing killed any enjoyment I would have received from viewing the film.

Why after all the running she did, did she not have a drop of sweat on her at the end of the movie?
