This again is true. THey are going to be in their circulars for Dec 18th, again expecting lines. Also Walmart is getting weekly shipments in, so keep checking with your local Walmart.

If walmart, sams is having a sale on 15th and BB is having a sale on 18th, ebay will be flooded. You probably wont make as much as you think.

Yeah wait a day or two after the 15th walmart sams just in time for the huge BB rush on 18th. Smart. BB has been hoarding all thier shipments since the 8th, its going to be a pretty big sale.

Yeah I hear in japan you can get them for like $350 since they aren't selling AT ALL. lol. I think you can even order them from websites to get shipped here. So far the region stuff hasn't mattered, but if it ever does and if you have a japanese xbox360 you will be seriously screwed.

How do you find out how many your particular store is gonna get. I clicked on the link that said "check your store" but I couldn't find where it listed how many 360s my closest store would have.

It says right on the page, find your store number then look at the number.

If you live in MA, during teh luanch, Attleboro recieved around 120.....that's alot to teh mere 30 that Natick had.....you'd think that Natick would get that many since the whole area is worth more than Apple Computers

I would not make this official anyways.....They had a 360 Allocation webpage for the first launch (made by a guy at Northeastern) and it was wrong.

wow.. attleboro had 120.... did you try checking the targets and kmarts for xboxes. My friend picked up a premium system for his son yesterday at target. that was the last one. He found it behind the electronics counter, and when he asked the customer rep, he just sold it to him.

does anyone know if its true that walmart will have them in stock on friday the 15th?

The real losers are the people who are buying them on ebay, like the parents who simply cant fathom not getting their kid an xbox360 for xmas. Simple demand/supply. If you bought one intending to use it, but find out peopel are willing to pay $200 over price, then why not?
