Hahah, you guys are truly way too hilarious... I had an ex-girlfriend from Hawaii, and she brought me there during summer break... I've never been tere before so it was truly an educational experience to say the least... But, I wasn't given the "tourist" experience, but more of the "why I am glad to be off this island" tour. She doesn't necessarily hate Hawaii, just the different, I guess you can say, viewpoints and lifestyles.

I've learned a lot from her about HI, and picked up some Pigeon, even though she speaks pretty good english, it slips sometimes... She went to Punahou, I guess the "nationally" ranked HS or something big.. where she went from K-12, that's gotta suck to be in the same school w/ the same people for 12 YEARS.... :) She used to be a cheerleader there, any ofyou guys go to that school?

Mztykal, you left out something VERY important - don't stare at the locals "making shi-shi". :D

I know, I have NO idea how to spell it, but in the three years I lived there I only HEARD the term..... I do remember a newscast where they asked 'em very nicely NOT to do it 'cause it was bothering the tourists. Hehehe.
