Rudy's excuse is that it was for security detail for the NYPD... yet the charges were made to agencies that are not related to the NYPD or any other security agency.

Govt employee's often abuse the system. Who is going to rat them out? Other people abusing the system? In MN the transportation secretary just got busted for paying for cruises and other personal stuff with taxpayers money.
