That's why you need to have one of these attached to your car.

I can see it now...
(SUV Full of unruly kids cuts you off)
You: "Oh no you didn't bitch!"
(You press a button which pops out that minigun from your car and let it fire for a second or two, unleashing thousands of rounds)

I believe there are "people" you can hire that will get you a person's info based of a license plate if you want to go that route...

you could do it your self. do search for background information on the net, alot of sites will give your that info for $35 but its worthless as the can't prove the case

Right...

I am all for raising the driving age, but females are 10x more shitty drivers than males.

yet male insurence is more expensive?
I'd check your thinking if I were you.

Actually, check your information. The gap between female and male insurance rates have narrowed significantly since 1985. Check google if you don't believe it. I think the margin now is around 5% if THAT.

If you had a cellphone, you could have called the cops and told them that you might be forced to defend yourself with that trusty 9mm in the glovebox. That would get them to show up quick.

If 911 even answered. I called 911 once in Los Angeles to report a really bad accident that just happened. Waited 15 min on the phone and then hang up as no one answered

Yes... Pictures of the dents and he and his wife are the witnesses. In Civil court it is preponderance of evidence. There is no reasonable doubt.

In Civil court it is preponderance of evidence. There is no reasonable doubt. Whoever has more evidence usually wins.

right, which he would have to establish. I can take any person to court show pictures of dent car and say they were the one responsibel. They would jut say we never saw them before we have no idea what they are talking about.

Your idea of law is juvenile at best.

I have the color, make, model and license plate number of the car. Should I write down what happened to me on a piece of paper, make copies and post them at the five schools in that area, walmart, and target? hehehe:D I don't have anything to do this weekend.:)

After talkin to the police again, if they still refuse to do anything, just turn in a claim with your insurance company and give the info to them. Include a note saying you spoke with the cops and they didn't do anything. Let your insurance people handle it from there. I'm sure something will get done when it gets into their hands.

That happened to me too, in the Bay area. I got into an accident around rush hour, someone rear ended me. I called 911 for help and all I got was: "All operators are currently busy... please stay on the line". Hanged up after 5 mins of waiting. Crazy, can't even call 911 to get help anymore.

And it's a little less obvious than the minigun. :)

No, what you need to do is mount a GAU/8 on your undercarriage on a swivel. Completely unobtrusive, but makes your car lethal.

We could always take a step further into the world of big brother. Make smart license plates for bad traffic areas (or nation-wide). Have a small computer module in a removable (screws) tag. The tag would display to an officer if the car was registered and when it went over its registration it could broadcast a signal to pull me over if I am moving to the nearest traffic officer. Then a module could be added to concerned motorists that would allow them to broadcast a signal to the offending tag. The signal would be specific to the user of the "remote" so that it wouldn't be abused and could only store once in someones tag until the tag was cleared. When a certain number of "complaints" were registered upon this tag, the tag would issue a pull me over signal to the nearest officer who could issue a "bad", "dangerous", "completely without control" ticket depending on the number of stored signals in a certain amount of time. The signals could also be deleted if none are recieved after a certain amount of time.

OR NOT............ :)
