I have long known that Rubio is an empty suit, but it's the message within Rubio's gaffe that interests me most. This line that 'Obama knew what he was doing when he destroyed America' schtick. When America has unquestionably improved since Obama took office in every conceivable measurable metric, how the fuck does anyone manage to believe that kind of bullshit? Serious question.

Most of which is owed to American citizens and was sold at the highest prices (and thus lowest interest rates) in history. Should Obama have been like Reagan and doubled the national debt while interest rates were double digits? Plus, the primary reason for the debt is because warmongering Republicans won't pay for the cost of their wars. The bulk of the entitlements that conservatives like to blame for the debt are, in fact, fully funded from their own revenue streams, while defense spending takes up the majority of both discretionary spending and revenue from the income tax.
And just to drive my point home here, have any of the Republican candidates proposed an economic plan that will actually balance the budget? Long answer: no. And neither have any of the Democrats either, but at least they're not lying about it.

Wow. Politics and News is just as bad as people justifying their PC component brand purchases on the other forums. Nobody or company can do any harm "America has unquestionably improved since Obama took office in every conceivable measurable metric", and it's always the others' fault "he didn't create" "because warmongering Republicans". "Nvidia, Intel, AMD, blah blah!".
