Question rtx 2080 Ti have FULL support of DX 12_2 and mesh shader or not?

I want to buy rtx 2080 Ti, i want to be sure this card have FULL support of DX 12_2 and mesh shader. So my question before i buy this card is: have mesh shader and full DX 12_2 ultimate support or not?

You are good to go. Must be a killer deal to buy a GPU that's over 5yrs old already.

even if i want to buy a newer graphic card,it's useless in my case because my enitre system is very old,and if i buy a new card ,i have bottleneck with my old processor.Even this old card rtx 2080Ti bottleneck my CPU processor....That's why i don't want to buy better gpu card...
Right now i have gtx 1080ti msi gaming X and is still a good card,but lacks mesh shader cuz have only dx 12_1,and some new title game like Alan Wake 2 can't run properly....
