RTVScane sucks! Been running continuously for weeks

Yep, I'm not kidding. I freaking hate Norton. RTVScan.exe has been running non-stop for weeks on my machine. No amount of rebooting, end process, or even the admin logging on and trying to end process, uninstall, etc will stop it. According to the program, I have no system scans scheduled, but I haven one that wont stop. Eats up 99% of my resources. Making it a true pain in the ass to work.

Thoughts? Suggestions?
