cd key generators are considered a product of warez so you probably wont get much luck finding what your looking for here.
 
i'm sure if you send in the original discs, packaging etc, they will send you a cd key, cd, etc. Unless you lost the original CDs, receipt, packaging, manuals, etc and only have your backups.
 
Yeah and I lost my WinXP cd before it came out and had to get the corporate edition. 😀 as for your question

There aren't any working CD Key generators for RTCW if you want to play online anyway...
