RT311 Firewall Setup

Hi, I just installed a Netgear RT311 to a cable modem and a netgear 4 port hub. The hub connects two computers. I would like to know if anyone knows how to, or a website which would show me how to configure the filtering options on this router. I know that the documentation describes what all the fields mean, but memorizing the manual alone will not show me how to best firewall my lan. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks jmcoreymv! Although some of the screens on my 311 are different, I poked around and got mine configured similarly. Now if I could just telnet to my girlfriend and configure her firewall...

click the start , run, type in telnet (space) 192.168.0.1
or 192.168.0.2 depending on the routers main address. you will get a screen asking for password type 1234 then enter, you will get a menu,
option 21 is filters, do some reading on the netgear site, there are other security menus...I'm still trying to figure this router out, good luck.
