I'm using Google Reader to receive RSS feeds. However, the formatting of text seems to be screwy. For example, from the Off Topic thread WTF: Got a creepy phone call:

"I'll get straight to the point.

My mom calls and tells me this guy by the name of George Trout was asking for me. He was asking by my full legal name, which people rarely know, so my mom was concerned. She didn't give out my cell, but asked George to leave her his number. He did. It is an 1-800 number. I dial him from my cell using *67, which should disable my caller ID.

I call him back...

George: This call is being monitored, how can I help you?
Me: (WTF answers phone like this?) Is this George Trout and you were looking for me? This is Elias.
George: Yes.
Me: Yea, who is this?
George: George Trout. Is this [my legal name]?
Me: Yea, who is this??
George: George Trout. Just hold on a moment (I hear him typing or some sort).

-I get the sense he's buying time to trace my call or something despite my protest-

Me: Okay, I don't know who this is, but I gotta go.
George: Please hold on.
Me: I gotta go buddy

-I hang up-

Few minutes later I get a call back. It's him again.

"

Is there any fix to this?

I have the same issue. It seems like Google Reader does not like the CDATA sections in the description tag - or at least displays them in this way.
