How secure is the online banking, credit card, paypal and other similar financial service using RSA-128 bit encryption ?

I think 128-bit is the industry standard but why still credit card and personal info still get stolen by hackers ?

should people be worried using those online service involving $$$ ?

Because they don't get stolen during the 128-bit transmission. They get stolen from weakly secured corporate systems.
