RRAS using Windows Server 2003

I've had routers cause similar issues. It's usually a firmware problem, or perhaps the model is just porked, but since you can get a brand new one with wireless and a four port switch for like $50, I wonder whether it is worth farting around with setting up a router/firewall on a box. I'd just get another router.

RRAS has no native QoS functions. In fact, it is only ISA 2006 that Microsoft brings an easy-to-use QoS system to a network product. Too bad it can only be used for HTTP. I was so hoping I could use it with VoIP. Never-the-less, I just replaced my WatchGuard Firebox 6tc with 2003 R2 w/ ISA 2006 RC1 and it is working wonderfully.
