RPM gauges/left or right?

Mine like most are on the left but I'd rather have it on the right because I think its more useful than the speedometer in real world.

You mean more uselfull for a manual?Determining shift there and not just by the feel of the throttle and engine noise?

left

i still fail to see the point to having a tach for an auto

anybody care to explain?

The down right best gauges ive ever seen were on a 1995 nissan 240sx se.The se was the only one with the racing style white with black numbers and the rpm stripe was red,and the 2000 honda accord's.in my opinion all of nissans gauges are just horrible in design and positioning now days, all the other models of hondas are nice especially the red lcd panel on the s2000.

The tac for the auto?so you can tell the if the limits are being pushed as far as haul and if someone likes to try to shift through the numbers 1/2/d3/d4??i guess.

Definitel for manual but I think the speedometer is a waste of space because its so big and you don't use it much, for example why show 0-5-10-15-...45-50..etc., all that is needed is start at 20mph-30-50-60-100mph. I use mainly the RPM and it would be easier to read if its to the right.

It doesn't matter to me as long as it is readable while driving 🙂
