I just joined up and partnered with the website "Machinima.com". They pay you (very little) for your work. This small income automatically makes your projects commercial projects. Which makes all my works now nearly impossible to finish.

There are a lot of "Royalty Free" websites out there with plenty of free-to-download media, but nothing that is commercially usable. These 'films' take no money to create, with the few dollars I have, and the little money Machinima gives out for making them, (we are talking maybe $10 in profits for 50,000 views)... it makes little scenes to go out and pay hundreds of dollars I don't have on non-professional films.

If you guys are aware of any sites that are not only royalty free, but also free to the extent that the music can be used commercially without any fee's - please lemme know. Thanks.

Here's an example of a video game film I posted back in January. Since it is not gaining a profit now from Youtube or anywhere else, I have been granted a gratis license from the composer and have been content. However, now I am stuck and have no where else to turn to.. :/

creative commons audio? never looked through it but there may be some stuff that allows commercial use for free. worth a look, anyway

Couldn't you just stop using Machinima.com? If they're not paying you jack in the first place, it doesn't seem like it would be a big loss given the troubles it causes.
