I was asked what software was good for burning pitcures AND music to dvd's to make a dvd to play on a dvd player. My nephew wants to copy pictures of his kids and ADD music to that dvd and then play it on the dvd player or computer.
I know Easy Media ver 7 and Nero might be able to do this. They are costly without the rebates and out of my nephews price range.
What other software is out there that he can buy and use???

I kinda doubt there's much that will do what you want for free.

However, there are smarter people than me, so maybe they can be more helpful 🙂

Nero would be my pick.

We're not looking for free software. My nephew will pay. I think with the Xmas shopping for 3 kids, he is shocked with the prices of the software.
His main concern is ease of use and being able to add "background" music to the dvd as they watch the pictures.

Search for Nero OEM Suite.

You can buy Nero 6 OEM Suite with license for about $5 + shipping.

That's what I use.

I like NTI CD and DVD maker. It has great menu systems and it is pretty powerful. Outpost.com has it for $9.99 after a $50 rebate.
