Even if they paid you to take the software it is not a good deal. Roxio Easy CD Creator is one of the worst pieces of software I have ever come across.

I really screwed things up when I installed this software then tried to install Nero. I got it all fixed searching knowledge bases and FAQs.

5.0 was garbage. If you buy it, be sure to download all the patches before you install it. Then follow the installation instructions to the letter or you could really mess up your WinXP system.

Compgeeks had Roxio 5.3 OEM for $4.99 back in November as an add on special. I bought a copy, but I don't know why other than because the price was cheap. I never use it. I already have 3 copies of Nero from various burners I bought.
