RouterSim(CCNASim) 3.0 in WinXP?

I just got RouterSim3.0 and I am trying to get it to work in WinXP. It runs, but the dialog boxes are all messed up, the buttons are shown twice, and it is unusable the way it is.

I installed it on my 2K Server system, and it runs fine there, I also installed it on a 98SE system, and it runs fine there.

Any ideas?
 
Are the labs in version 3 identical to that of version 2? What is the difference between the two, more commands?

I have RouterSim 2 and almost completed it. The end of chapter hands on practical on the Sybex CCNA book is also a nice compliment to RouterSim, though the layout may not be the same so you will have to do a bit of creative adjustment to it.
