I just got DSL yesterday and bought a Microsoft MN-100 4 port router. Set up will not complete and locks up while trying to identify the router (after it's been detected). I'm running xp and everything works. I'm able to get online connected just to the DSL modem. I spent over an hour on the phone with MS tech support who was worthless. Unfortunately I'm not at home so I cant do any troubleshooting now but any advice is much appreciated until then.
 
I've used this router before and it can be a bit picky. I couldn't get it to set up correctly so I ended up hooking it up to a different computer and configurating it from there and it worked fine. I was using a Dell computer and I moved it to a computer I built.
