Router suggestions

Could someone please recommend a wired router that lets me do the following things?

- Configure QoS to give VoIP priority
- Only let certain MAC addresses have internet access
- Only allows access to URLs on a whitelist

Thanks in advance!

You really need to tell us if you want professional grade or if its for home use. How many people will be on it ect..

There will be 10 systems on it (connected to a switch, switch connected to the router -- so the router doesn't need many ports), but only three will actually use it (i.e. have internet access -- hence the MAC filtering). I won't be using DHCP. And the ones with access will only be using it for web sites, email, and remote desktop.

The D-Link DGL-4100 claims to do all of these.
I just read through the manual PDF for that one -- it looks perfect. Unless Zolty has a way better suggestion, I think I'll buy this one. Thanks Madwand!
