I am looking for a router not wireless. I am a home user, and all i want to do is to share my internet connection with 2 comps maybe more. I also want one with decent features like a good firewall, and flexibility, and i do plan to host games over the net. I've set my eyes on This do you think it will satisfy my needs? Do you have other recommendations?

I would appreciate all the help...
 
Thanks for the reply....I guess i can use the USB printer server since i do have a USB printer that i would like to share...but it is not really neccesary...any other suggestions?
 
If you do not need the Server, it is a little too expensive for a Wired Router.

Find out how many ports can be opened on the D-Link.

Some of the cheapper Belkins can open up to 20 ports.
 
I have the older model 704 and I've been very happy with it. It has been easy to configure and handles my 3 PCs connection sharing without issue. It also allows VPN connections.
