We just moved in and got our internet hooked up, and setup our router (1 PC, 1 mac, 1 xbox), cept that when we tried getting some stuff in Azureus, even after letting it find peers/seeds for 30 minutes it would have maybe 1 or 2k/sec download, little to no upload either. So my friend with the MAC set up port forwarding for the 6881 port or whatever it was, then like instantly he was at a constant 200k/sec+. So I did the same to my computer, but still, the torrents have been going for over an hour, with about 15 peers connected (plenty in swarm too), but still I get like 1 or 2k/sec downloads... I'm thinking its something with my router config??

If your friend with the Mac is forwarding ports 6881-6889 to his box, you'll need to forward a different range (eg. 6991-6999) to your system and configure your BT client accordingly.
