Wondering if any of you know a good app for scanning traffic on wireless channels so I can set my router to a less used frequency.

I can't seem to find anything on iPhone, and it looks like iTunes has refused to allow these apps.

Anything on a laptop that will allow me to see a graph of channel usage in this area?

For a home network. Nothing urgent, just trying to optimize my speed.
