Rounding error in Prime95?

Hey,
I am getting a rounding error in prime95 quite often. The error will usually be like:

FATAL ERROR: Round was 0.5, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.

Well, the only thing I could get from that message, is that it might be a PSU problem, but I am not sure. My PSU is a 330 watt true power, and I am trying to run with it:
DVD Drive
DVD Burner
Floppy Drive
1x120GB Seagate
Radeon 9200
2.8 at attemped 3.3
2 case fans

Thanks!

That's a common error in P95 that you get when your overclock isn't stable. Try bumping up the CPU voltage by .10 increments, ie. 1.750-->1.7750-->1.800 until it's stable.

I've alos experience this same error when memory timings are too tight. Try the voltage first, though.

So, the only thing to do is bump up voltage, because my cpu voltage is already at maximum of 1.6000

There is a option that is something like:
Offset voltage 0.1

Thats not exactly what it is, but something like that.

On mines, when I had to clean the last Arctic Silver 3 application, I used alcohol, soap and water to try to clean the hole on the P4c-3.2Ghz heatspreader and then tried to flush the inside of the hole with water using a syringe that the water flowed out the bottom of the heatspreader. I wonder if this removed any of the thermal interface material between the top of the CPU core and the heatspreader. Anyways, from what I see on mines with Prime95 is that a few days ago or rather during the first 48hours after AS3, Prime95 will run until it hits 47c, this is with a Zalman CNPS-7000Cu. After 54 hours or so of the AS3 application, Prime95 will run until it hits 51c. Is this the same experience everyone else has since shouldn't the P4c handle up to 70c?

Hmmm, I'm already up to 1.7volts on the p4c3.2Ghz CPU at 232FSB and the memory is at 2.85 but it's PC3200 Hynix sticks running at 1:1, at 456, it's fine..... I wonder if it's the memory hitting the limit. Anyways, what's the highest temps you guys have seen with prime95 running? Also, isn't 1.7v the max the p4c can handle to be on the safe side?

I can only get 1.6 volts on my p4p800 deluxe, so what should i do? Could you guys please answer me about what exactly the "Offset voltage 0.1" thing option is?
Thanks!
