p.s. it's the best to do with that compressed air ? ...
is it a good thing to do it with air compressor ? ...
Edit:nevermind, already asked, my dad said that even if it wouldn't spit water, it has too much pressure, so I should go buy some compressed air tomorrow : )

That depends.
If your air compressor has a device to remove condensation, then go ahead.
If not - invest!
I use an industrial air compressor to clean out my rig every once in a while. If you don't have a condensation remover, you may end up spraying water in your computer. This, of course, is a BAD IDEA.
Use a shopvac or vacumn with a brush attachment and a small air can for hard-to-reach places.
Don't be afraid to take the bad boy apart to clean.
compressed air is ok, but be careful with your fans. i suggest you hold them so they do not spin..the compressed air can spin them so fast that they become damaged.
That looks like an Antec SX1030/40. How do you like it? Any power supply issues/case issues? I am a CPU away from completing my next comp. and I wonder if you found anything. THX in advance. BTW, I have the SX1040.
it looks like you have the sx1030 (i can see it's a 300watt power supply), and it seems like you have plenty of stuff running of that 300 watts. i love my sx830, plenty of room to make things neat...and mine is too new to have a lot of dust😀
for canned air, i bought that refill kit, that way whenever i go to a customers house, i can spray all i want in their dirty little compaq and then just pump the thing right back up! they have em at compusa
