Rounded Floppy Cables

What is the shortest Pre-Rounded Floppy Cable anyone has found?

The shortest I have found is a 10" from inflowdirect.com

From time to time I make my own 8-inch floppy cables. Cut off the short end (from the middle connector to the end with the twisted cable). Tape off the exposed ends by the connector, split the wires and tape or hold together with zip ties.

That sounds like a good idea, except my other cables are Blue Pre-Rounded ones, and I want them to match because I will be putting my windows in this weekend.

bbarnes where can I get the ide ones for my HD, DVD, etc? I need better air flow.

An idea that a friend gave me was to take a 2 device floppy, and cut off the long end, where the only part left is the part that plugs into the mobo and the first device. He said his turned out to be about 6", just long enough to plug in...

Maybe I will look into this and try it out.

10 in cables are pretty darn short. I got some in, and i was like whoa! . i don't know how much shorter you need them..
