Round IDE Cables

Do brands even matter with IDE cables? Can I just go to the local fry's and get cheap one's there?

Where can I get them for cheap if brand/quality doesn't matter? Fry's had them for 9 bucks + tax... is that a little pricey?

I realized that there is a previous post about this, but people didn't answer the question last time. They mostly just argued on why round cables were better than flat and talked about ata to usb adapters.

Make sure:

A. They are ATA133
B. The wires indise arent connected to eachother. The cheap ones they jsut take a normal cable and shrinkwrap it.

what did you mean by indise? and also, wouldn't just taking normal cable and shrinkwrapping it still be ok?

I got a "kit" with 2 ATA133 ones and a floppy one off Ebay, wires individually wrapped and what not, shipped for about $5.
