Rough Uncut Precious Stones?

Hey there all!
This probably seems like an odd place to ask this question, but, quite honestly, I had no idea where else to ask it.

Does anyone know if there is somewhere in the Seattle area that someone will cut up a bunch of rough precious stones? I have some rough sapphires that I would like cut up and I am not sure where one can go about doing that kind of thing. (Or outside of Seattle I guess as long as you know they are reputable and willing to take shipments...)
